Diamondbacks Lose, 3-1, in 11
|
The Arizona Diamondbacks went down to defeat to Logan Webb and his San Francisco teammates. The final score was 3-1, in favor of the Giants. San Francisco has now won 3 in a row.
The defining moment came in the bottom of the 11th for San Francisco. That's when Eric [UNRATED] Hosmer hit a 2-run home run off 36-year old right-handed pitcher Jay Jackson to win the game. The home crowd went wild.
"Good pitching, clutch hitting," said San Francisco skipper Jason M. "I can't complain."
