Twins 7-5 Winners Over Chicago
Minnesota and Chicago took Mother Nature's best shot and still managed to complete their ballgame.

The Minnesota Twins beat the Chicago White Sox, 7-5, at Target Field. The Twins got a fine performance from designated hitter Ian Happ, who was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The win elevated the Twins to 75-65.

Minnesota grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Happ hit a 3-run home run off Zac Gallen. His 10th home run of the season put the Twins out in front, 6-3.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Happ. "And not try to do too much."
