Brewers Drop Another One, 15-7
2025 is shaping up to be a forgettable year for the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Philadelphia Phillies beat the Milwaukee Brewers, 15-7, at American Family Field. The win was due in part to right fielder Jung-hoo Lee, who went 4 for 5 with a triple, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 5 runs and drove in 2. Philadelphia reliever Hogan Harris was the winner. His record is now 4-2. MacKenzie Gore took the loss.

The Brewers had been locked in a 5-5 tie with the Phillies going into the top of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 30-year old first baseman Pete Alonso came to the plate. Alonso hit a grand slam home run on a 1-0 fastball from Milwaukee hurler Ronel Blanco. It was Alonso's 23rd home run of the year.

"We've got to kick it in gear soon," said Milwaukee manager Troy S.

The win for the Phillies raised their record to 90-50.
