Rockies Pick Up 4-3 Win Against Los Angeles
|
The Colorado Rockies picked up a win at Dodger Stadium, downing the Los Angeles Dodgers, 4-3. On the mound for Colorado was right-hander Tyler Mahle, who played a pivotal role in the win. With the win, Colorado upped its record to 84-61.
The Rockies got a big at-bat from first baseman Brandon Lowe. For the game, Lowe was 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 27th home run of the season gave Colorado a 2-0 lead.
