Acuna Helps Cincinnati Cruise to 12-3 Win
Though the conditions were not ideal, the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

The Cincinnati Reds downed the Pittsburgh Pirates, 12-3. The hitting star was right fielder Ronald Acuna. Acuna was 3-4 with 3 doubles and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 3 for the Reds. The winner was Cincinnati reliever Xzavion Curry, now 4-3. The loser was Michael Grove.

Jonathan India had a key at-bat with one out in the bottom of the third for Cincinnati. With the bases loaded and the Reds leading 3-2, he grounded out, driving in 1 run.

"What's not to like about a win?" said Acuna.

With the victory, the Reds upped their record to 82-73.
