The Toronto Blue Jays downed the Boston Red Sox, 6-1, at Rogers Centre. The Blue Jays were led by Jordan Walker. Walker belted 3 home runs. With the victory, the Blue Jays upped their record to 90-68.
The Blue Jays got a big at-bat from first baseman Bryce Harper. For the game, Harper went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 32nd home run of the season gave Toronto a 4-1 lead.
