Guardians Lose Late to Astros
|
Astros third baseman Luis Urias put his stamp on his team's 5-3 win over the Cleveland Guardians. Urias was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Houston in the contest. Hunter Harvey got the save, his 38th in 48 chances. The win puts Houston at 102-59 this season.
The game was all tied up in the top of the ninth, until Urias delivered big-time for Houston, stroking a dramatic 2-run single off Will Smith. The game-changing hit put the Astros on top, 5-3.
"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Urias.
