Diamondbacks Get 6-2 Win Versus Chicago
The Arizona Diamondbacks knocked off the Chicago Cubs, 6-2, in National League action at Chase Field. Arizona pitcher and Fayetteville, North Carolina, native Gavin Williams had an outstanding performance. The loss puts Chicago at 4-1.

Eguy Rosario had a big 2-run triple for the Diamondbacks in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Arizona leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a slider from 27-year old left-handed pitcher Jesus Luzardo and swatted a triple to left-center. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Diamondbacks ahead, 3-0.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Williams said after the game.
