The Boston Red Sox could not turn a fine performance from shortstop Javier Baez into a win. Instead, the Baltimore Orioles prevailed, 10-9. Baez went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 5. After losing, Boston is 2-5.

Baltimore got a clutch hit from Aaron Judge. The right fielder launched a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"It's what good teams do, find a way to win," said Judge.
