Detroit starter Humberto Castellanos pitched well against the New York Yankees at Comerica Park. The right-hander led his team to a win, 10-0. With the loss, New York sinks to 3-8.

Early in the game, designated hitter Randy Arozarena had a 2-run home run for Detroit. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Tigers on top, 2-0.
