The Seattle Mariners picked up a win at T-Mobile Park, dropping the Texas Rangers, 1-0. Tarik Skubal was the difference-maker. The loss lowers the Texas record to 6-10.

Seattle got a clutch hit from Xander Bogaerts. The shortstop launched a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.
