Red Sox Get 6-3 Win Versus Tampa Bay
The Boston Red Sox dealt the Tampa Bay Rays a 6-3 loss at Tropicana Field. Nolan Jones, who is tied for 8th in the AL with a 1.058 OPS, was the star on offense. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The Rays fall to 7-9 and continue their uneven start to the 2025 season.

Boston used a well-timed hit by Mike Trout to capture the win. The center fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Red Sox ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.
