Angels Henderson Named AL's #1 Player Monday, May 26th , 2025 It was an extraordinary week for Gunnar Henderson of the Los Angeles Angels. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .483, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the American League. Last week Henderson went 14-for-29, racked up 2 home runs and 7 RBIs and scored 5 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Los Angeles shortstop. This year, Henderson is hitting .335 with 13 home runs and 36 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .427 clip and scored 41 runs. |
