Los Angeles Rookie Hits His Way to AL Honor Sunday, June 1st , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Heston Kjerstad had few peers in the American League last month. The gifted left fielder for Los Angeles tagged opposing pitchers for a .371 average and was voted the Rookie of the Month for May. Included in his stats were 36 hits, 10 homers, 23 runs scored and 29 RBIs. This year, Kjerstad is batting .322 with 13 home runs and 41 RBIs. In 53 games he has scored 36 times. |
