Rangers Lawrence Butler Wins AL Award Monday, July 14th , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Lawrence Butler was in a class by himself in the American League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding right fielder for Texas tagged opposing pitchers for a .452 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 14 hits in 31 at-bats, 4 homers, 10 runs scored and 5 RBIs. Butler is currently batting .253 with 14 home runs and 45 RBIs. |
