Player of the Week Trophy to Witt Jr. Monday, July 21st , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Bobby Witt Jr. was in a class by himself in the National League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding shortstop for New York tagged opposing pitchers for a .467 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award.
