Barrero Severely Scalded by Hot Water Tuesday, September 24th , 2024 Phillies shortstop José Barrero received medical attention yesterday after being scalded at his home. Barrero was apparently attempting to boil a pot of water when he accidentally knocked the pot over onto his right arm. The injury will reportedly cause Barrero to be out of action for the next week as the burns heal. |
