Luke Little said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 24 years old.

But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Montgomery Biscuits rising star has won the Double-A South Reliever of the Year for 2024.

He captured the award on the strength of his 1.07 ERA over 59 innings. He also had 31 saves in 50 relief appearances, 99 strikeouts and only 30 walks.

He received 4 first place votes out of a possible 8. Tommy Nance of the Mississippi Braves finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Melvin Jimenez of the Mississippi Braves finished third with 1 first place vote.
