Wolf Fans 15 Cardinals Thursday, August 1st , 2024 Jackson Wolf of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals put on a pitching clinic at Arvest Ballpark, as he struck out 15 Springfield Cardinals in a 11-0 victory. Wolf, who is tied for 9th in the AA C in strikeouts with 192, was simply magnificent, holding the Cardinals to 4 hits. He walked 0. "I felt okay at the beginning," Wolf said, "but eventually my slider really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Wolf's performance, Naturals manager shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating." This season, Wolf has 11 wins and 3 losses and a 2.40 ERA. |
