Down East Won't Make Playoffs Thursday, September 4th , 2025 It's the better-luck-next-time point of the season for the Down East Wood Ducks. The club was officially eliminated from playoff contention today, and will turn their attention to next year's campaign. "You know, the average player doesn't get that many seasons, so every time you're eliminated, it hurts," said Wood Ducks . This is the 4th time in a row that the Wood Ducks have missed the playoffs.Their last playoff appearance was in 2021. |
