De Paula on Fire: 5-for-7 for Chattanooga Tuesday, August 12th , 2025 Chattanooga right fielder Josue De Paula had a day to remember, 5-for-7 against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos at Blue Wahoos Stadium as the Lookouts picked up a win, 9-6. "He was patient up there," Chattanooga skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. De Paula has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Josue De Paula singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 8th, hit an RBI double in the 9th, grounded out in the 12th and hit an RBI single in the 13th. So far in 2025 De Paula is batting .336 with 6 home runs, 51 RBIs and 54 runs scored. He has 120 hits in 357 at-bats and a .409 OBP. |
